Brighton Republican Committee By-Laws
The Brighton Republican Committee is a duly constituted sub-committee of the Monroe County Republican Committee (MCRC). It operations under New York State Election Law, the By-laws of the MCRC, and the by-laws of the Brighton Committee itself.
Membership in the committee, and the holding of all offices, is open to all registered Republicans living within the Town of Brighton or the 136th NY State Assembly District.

The committee is led by a Town Leader, who is the chief political officer for the town and represents the town to the County Committee, a Deputy Leader, a Chairperson, a Vice-Char, a Treasurer, and a Secretary.

Each Election District in Brighton, of which there are 46, has a District Leader that works to have relationships with the voters in their ED and bring their feedback and concerns back to the Committee.
